Hi, this is Danielle Surkamp. I am the president of the Netflix Foundation and I just want to extend a huge thank you to you for your willingness to participate in the College Affordability Project. We are really hopeful that this program is going to help a lot of families make a really critical choice around where to send their kids to college and we are very hopeful that this is going to reduce that burden of student loan debt that so many of us face after we graduate. So, we can't do that without your expertise though, so I again want to thank you for being here. To make this as successful a process as possible, we have developed a lot of resources for you here. So, I'm just going to take you through those a little bit. Here in Module 1, you're going to notice there are several items for your disposal. One of them is the Advisor Roadmap. I would encourage you that as soon as you're done with me, head over to that Advisor Roadmap. It's going to walk you through everything around what does the client experience when they go through this program? What are your responsibilities as the advisor in the program? How does all of this work? So, check that out. It also has links back to the learning management system that we're in here within Netflix and those additional resources that it links back to are things like email templates that you can use when you are contacting clients to schedule your meetings. There are things like a PowerPoint deck that you can use in the one-on-one pro bono session. It has a lot of really great general information, things that you can refer back to in the moment if you need to. So, all those things are here to help you. From there, you're going to see Modules 2 and 3. Both of those are training videos that were developed by Joe Messenger for us and for this program. He has been absolutely crucial in developing this program, so we also want to say a big thank you to him. You'll notice how excellent these training videos are as you go through them. They're going to walk you through everything that you need to know about the financial aid system, as well as the College Aid Pro software, which is actually what you're going to be using in your one-on-one sessions with clients. So, take a look at those. The first one is CE qualified for CFP as well as NAPFA. The second one is NAPFA CE qualified. And then, don't forget, you can also get four hours of CE credit every cycle by doing pro bono work for NAPFA. So, lots of ways to get CE through participating in this program. After you've gone through all the resources and the training, you're ready to meet with a client one-on-one. We'll assign them to you, but if you have any questions beyond what you see here, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Again, you can reach out to me personally. My email is danielle.wellspentplanning.com. You can also reach out to Joe Messenger or Nick Cassis, who is our lead person at NAPFA on the College Affordability Project. So, if you run into issues, questions, concerns, or if you have suggestions on how to make this program better, please contact us because we do want to make this as positive an experience for you as possible, as well as for the client. From here, I will just say thank you once again. I'll leave you to it. Head over to those resources and those training videos, and good luck getting started with your one-on-one sessions with clients.
