Do you find that after client service and business development, implementing plans for running your firm takes a back seat? Has your practice management not kept up as your firm has left the start-up phase behind? Use this session with Executive Business Coach Arlene Moss to workshop your ideal annual flow for managing your firm and team.

Bring your laptop or good old pen and paper. You'll be working in the session, and you'll leave with notes and ideas to document your annual practice management tasks, with specific expectations of performance. You can use that base to create a workflow in your CRM or project management software to keep you on track throughout the year, in the manner that best serves you, your team, and your clients. Instead of fitting practice management around your clients, let's take a moment to create intentional space and time in a mini retreat to work on your business in a way that lasts through the year. NOTE: Laptops and tablets are welcome! We'll be downloading tools and using them in the session. Please bring your own device.
