Course Description

This Genesis webinar is sponsored by LLIS, the exclusive sponsor of NAPFA Genesis.

The buy-in planning process itself is both collaborative and individual for all involved; the explicit and implicit details of the deal set a strong tone for what's to come later. Most content on this topic caters to the sell-side, leaving buy-side folks to fend for themselves. Join us for a small-panel discussion detailing the essential buy-side considerations of your potential future buy-in prospects.

Learning Objectives
  1. Learn to identify whether buying into a firm is the right choice for you.
  2. Understand how to balance collaboration with your partner and self-advocacy throughout the negotiation process.
  3. Learn how to explore financing options and lean on good attorneys to finalize the right deal for you and your future partners.
