Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by May 5. A refund of the event fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests received after May 5. No refunds will be granted for user end connectivity issues. Submit all requests to education@napfa.org.
