Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by October 13. A refund of the event fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests received after October 13. No refunds will be granted for user end connectivity issues. Submit all requests to education@napfa.org.
