Conversation Circle: The Evolving Legal Landscape for LGBTQ+ Clients
Conversation Circle Information

The Evolving Legal Landscape for LGBTQ+ Clients

Join us for a conversation circle focused on the evolving legal environment affecting LGBTQ+ clients and its implications for financial planning practice. We'll discuss pending state legislation, recent federal policy developments, and growing concerns about the durability of Obergefell v. Hodges following its mention in the Dobbs decision.

An attorney practicing in this area will join us to provide legal context and answer questions. This session is designed to help financial planners better understand the concerns their LGBTQ+ clients may be bringing to planning conversations, and to discuss how these developments may affect estate planning, benefits, and financial security for this client population.
