Course Description

In less than 10 years, the world economy will face a talent shortfall of as many as 85 million people. Even though this trend could mean $8.5 trillion in lost productivity, most businesses are woefully unprepared for the reality they are about to face. Join 20-year leadership expert Leslie Beale, CEO of Profusion Strategies, for this dynamic session that will turn what you think you know about retaining great people on its head. For two decades, Leslie has been on the front lines, helping organizations like Ruby Tuesday, First Horizon, and East Tennessee Children’s Hospital develop impactful, ready-now leaders to drive their strategic plans.

Learning Objectives
  1. Uncover the shocking data that shows our talent troubles are part of a long-term trend that isn’t going away anytime soon and why it’s time to finally throw out the old playbook for keeping top performers and stop wasting money on strategies that don’t really solve their people problems.
  2. Explore the missing link between where they are today and a company full of engaged, loyal employees who are prepared to take the business into the future. (Hint: it’s probably right under your nose…)
  3. Learn three practical, sustainable strategies to build a renewable pipeline of top-tier ready-now talent to meet their strategic objectives with real-world examples of organizations implementing these strategies and how to get started today.
