Course Description

Investors with highly appreciated securities often face a difficult tradeoff between diversification and triggering capital gains taxes.  With U.S. market valuations near historic highs, and the potential for portfolios to be overexposed to a handful of stocks, Jonathan Keetz will share a strategy that can help manage concentration risk, diversification, and long-term planning in a more tax-aware manner. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of how the 351 ETF conversion works, and which types of portfolios may qualify.

This Partner Solutions webinar is sponsored by Cambria Investment Management.
