In this session, Diane and Gretchen will discuss the ins and outs of what it means to be a woman in a male-dominated industry and how they have carved out careers driven by values, focus, and passion. The discussion will cover topics including cultivating and leading a female team, building a values-based mission, marketing to women clients in a meaningful way, and ‘walking the talk' of their values.
