A Welcoming Workplace: Incorporating DEI at Your Firm
Course Information
Content Level: Intermediate
NAPFA Subject Area N - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Course Description

This webinar will showcase four case studies on NAPFA firms who have made encouraging progress around diversity, equity, and inclusion in their companies. The firms themselves are also diverse, including women-owned firms, large firms, solo firms, and a firm focused on helping those with special-needs family members. Panelists will discuss the work they have done in DEI, give other advisors support and resources to use in their journey, and talk about how DEI can fit into the work of large or solo firms. The firms all have different focuses and approaches, but all coalesce around one central theme – everyone, no matter the makeup of their firm, can make progress in DEI.

This webinar is brought to you by the NAPFA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiative.

Learning Objectives
  1. Learn how to use different strategies to incorporate DEI into the work firms do with clients or in the community
