Salary negotiations take planning and strategy. In this program, participants will learn how to understand the market conditions for salary ranges and how to sell themselves when asking for a salary increase or a new hire salary rate of pay. They will also learn how to accurately assess and communicate their own value to an organization and what to avoid when negotiating with HR and hiring managers.
