Course Description

What is multi-generational intelligence? It is the capacity to be aware of, empathize with, and communicate across generations and handle the interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically. JP Enterprise’s presentation will include best practices from across industries and speak directly to the strengths and challenges facing both solo and more complex firms This session will utilize the Inclusive Leadership Assessment™ to add rigor, measurement, and a deeper understanding of multi-generational intelligence.
