Women and Long-Term Care
Course Information
Content Level: Intermediate
NAPFA Subject Area: B - Insurance & Risk Management
Course Description

As the major providers of long-term care to family members in this country, women “get it,” that there’s a large and growing need for long-term care. But they also have their own long-term care needs. Women live longer than men, they tend to outlive their spouses, and they generally have less saved/available for retirement than men. This program will review important trends in long-term care needs and programs, examine how to have the client conversation about long-term care for women, and use case studies to review the use of hybrid plans to meet women’s long-term care needs.

This webinar is brought to you by the NAPFA Women's Initiative
