Your competitors are rolling out products and services, ranging from family office to whole person services, every day to give their clients more, should you too? During this session, we are going to talk about the growing trend of "value adds," what's on the market, and how to discern what's of true value.

David Flores Wilson, CFA, CFP®, AEP®, CEPA, is the managing partner at Sincerus Advisory, where he helps professionals and business owners in New York City achieve financial freedom and beyond. He was recognized on Investopedia’s Top 100 Financial Advisors in 2019 and 2020 and WealthManagement.com’s 2019 Thrive list of fastest-growing advisors. His financial insights have been featured on prominent platforms like CNBC, Yahoo Finance, the New York Times, US News & World Report, Kiplinger, and InvestmentNews.

David serves as treasurer on the Lower East Side Girls Club's Board of Directors and actively participates in community organizations, including the Entrepreneur Organization Accelerator Program, the Estate Planning Council of New York City, Advisors in Philanthropy (AiP), the Financial Planning Association of Metro New York, and the Exit Planning Institute.

Lindsay Troxell

Since 2003, Lindsay Troxell has worked closely with thousands of financial firms across the U.S. and Europe, laser-focused on creating experiences that genuinely matter for their employees and clients. Her tenure inside a local bank (Florence Savings Bank), insurance company (Northwestern Mutual), independent broker-dealer (LPL Financial), custodian (TD Ameritrade), and global asset management firm (Janus Henderson) fueled a 20-year career consulting with and coaching some of the industry's top firms.

In 2019, Lindsay expanded her expertise by studying with leaders in behavior change, energy management, and longevity. In 2020, requests flooded in for her to help advisors guide their rattled clients and teams through anxieties around remote work, job losses, and burnout.

As a passionate Certified Life Coach driven to spark positive change, in 2023 Lindsay launched Our Coaching Initiative — a platform enabling financial advisors and their clients to access the transformative power of coaching and life planning.

Lorenzo Sanchez, CFP®

Lorenzo Sanchez joined the Pathview Wealth Advisors team (formerly Rowling & Associates) in November 2013. In October 2020, he and his partners, Juan and Tara, finalized an internal succession plan that aims to keep the firm’s service level, culture, and identity intact as it heads into its next chapter. Lorenzo’s role includes leading the firm’s financial planning team and investment committee. Before joining the firm, he worked in the finance department of a Fortune 500 company at its Latin America offices in Mexico, implementing credit risk models and providing market research. Lorenzo earned his B.S. in finance from the University of Notre Dame and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional in April 2016.

Moderator - Marianela Collado, CPA/PFS, CFP®, CDS®

Marianela Collado, CPA/PFS, CFP®, CDS®, senior wealth advisor, and CEO and co-owner of Tobias Financial Advisors, has over 20 years of experience in tax, financial planning, and compliance. She’s passionate about serving ultra- and high-net-worth individuals and families and business owners, ensuring their overall financial plan and investment objectives are pursued in a tax-efficient manner.

Marianela is a frequent speaker on financial planning topics and has been featured in various financial and non-financial media outlets and articles. She’s also been recognized for her many accomplishments and contributions with awards like the Excellence in Finance Award by South Florida Business and Wealth, Women to Watch by InvestmentNews, and the Hispanic Women of Distinction Award, among others.

Marianela holds a B.S. from Hunter College in New York City and is passionate about giving back. She currently serves as a board member, chair, or member of 15 community and professional organizations.
