Course Description

We’ve all heard “feedback is a gift,” but why is it so hard to hear and accept sometimes? And why is it difficult to share it with others, too? In this presentation, Shannon O’Toole will speak to the science behind how our brains anticipate and interrupt feedback and how we can position it to ourselves and others to be received as a gift. This session will offer tools that make giving and receiving feedback gifts of growth and development for yourself and your team.
