Course Description
This presentation will help wealth professionals understand, offer, and implement retirement plan solutions for business owners. Challenges of hypothetical individuals that are just starting a business, are five years into their business, and are 10-12 years into their business will be examined in a fun, interactive manner. SEP, Simple IRA, 401k, and Cash Balance options will also be reviewed, considered, and understood so wealth professionals can better assist current and prospective clients.

Tom Pohlen
Mr. Tom Pohlen is a Regional Director with Retirement Plan Consultants (RPC) and brings over a decade of experience in assisting individuals and organizations in the financial services industry. Prior to joining RPC, Tom worked for a large RIA based out of Southern California where he served and led in multiple capacities including operations, sales, and marketing. He holds a Management Science Degree from University of California, San Diego.
